On-line Prediction Models

Prediction Model Functionality
Infarct Sub-classification
This classifies Cerebral Infarct Syndromes into one of four categories (TACI, PACI, LACI, POCI) using the patients clinical features.
Allen & Siriraj Scores
Allen & Siriraj scores yield a probability that the underlying pathology of stroke is haemorrhagic rather that ischaemic.
Survival
Prediction equation for survival free of stroke, myocardial infarction, or vascular death for TIA patients
Sample Size
Sample Size estimate for a two arm trial using difference in proportions.
Epilepsy
Risk of seizure recurrence if antiepileptic drugs withdrawn.
Carotid Endarterectomy
Prediction model for benefit from carotid endarterectomy among patients with recent carotid ischaemia and severe symptomatic carotid stenosisure [Rothwell & Warlow, 1999].
Probability of being alive and independent at six months
Prediction to calculate the probability of being alive and independent at 6 months after an ischaemic stroke.

This model is currently under new development.
